Content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not technical, structural or professional advice for any specific property. Every building is different; nothing here replaces an on-site inspection and a written quotation. We may change, remove or update content at any time without notice.

Quotations and contracts

• Nothing on this site is an offer. Prices, timelines and scope are confirmed only in a written quotation.
• Quotations are based on inspection and may change if conditions differ from what was visible at the time.
• Any guarantee applies only where it is stated in writing in your quotation or contract, on the terms set out there.
• Work is subject to our standard terms of engagement, which we provide with the quotation.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Images and illustrations

Some images on this site are illustrative renders or computer-generated visualisations used to demonstrate the kind of work we do, and are marked “Illustration”. They are not photographs of completed projects unless described as such. The video on the home page is licensed stock footage of trade work, not footage of our own jobs. Photographs of real projects are used only with the client’s permission.

Client references

Client names appear on this site as a factual record of work undertaken. Their use does not imply that the client endorses this website, and their names and marks remain their property.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to MYRRCO (Pty) Ltd or are used under licence (including CC0 assets and stock footage under the Pexels licence). You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce or republish material from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site or its contact channels to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to interfere with its operation.

Third-party services and links

The site links to third-party services (for example WhatsApp) that we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. A link does not mean we endorse the site or service.
